On Jul 27, 2022, the sold-out annual Ruth Farb Golf Classic was held at the beautiful Lebovic Golf Club in Aurora.
All proceeds from the event directly support ground-breaking collaborative pancreatic cancer research projects in Ruth Farb’s honour. The projects are conducted by world-class researchers and clinicians from Canada and Israel, studying one of the toughest cancers to treat.
We are thrilled to announce that more than $40K+ was raised this year to foster ground-breaking collaborative pancreatic cancer research in Ruth’s name. It is through the Farb and Koffman family’s partnership with the Canadian Friends of Hebrew University that monies raised will continue to support world-class researchers and clinicians from Canada and Israel in discovering better strategies for earlier diagnosis, and developing effective and personalized treatments that will improve te outcomes for patients facing this deadly disease.
